Welcome to the registration form for CBMAFC!

It is required that the below is read and complied by to be eligible for registration and competition for Cory Bauer Amateur Film Contest (CBMAFC).

Contestants under the age of 18 years of age MUST have parent or guardian read contest rules and insert name on the registration form for permission to complete in CBMAFC. 

CBMAFC allows up to 4 team members per film contribution, ALL MEMBERS must have completed the full registration form. CBMAFC will be have a middle school and high school contest category that is based on school status of all contestants per team. If any contestant on a team is in high school, that team will be a high school team. CBMAFC retains the right for disqualification for noncompliance of registration.

By selection of “yes” of model release the model hereby releases their image, likeness and performance in their film to CBMAFC. By completion of the model release, the model agrees that their likeness, image and performance shown in their films will be released to CBMAFC for use of the current year contest screening and online indefinitely for promotional and Facebook like contest CBMAFC purposes. In the event the film has more than one person, a team, ALL MODELS appearing in the film must have completed the model release portion on the registration form as well as all other qualifying fields.

By submitting a film to CBMAFC, the filmmaker grants permission to CBMAFC for the screening of the film, both in person and online, indefinitely for promotional and contest uses. CBMAFC will be storing all submitted videos on a locally hosted website CBMAFC.org indefinitely. Filmmakers may remove their films from such online and promotional use by request at cbmafc@gmail.com. Filmmakers will retain all rights to their films and the films will never be sold by CBMAFC.

In no such manner shall copyrighted material be used in the submitted films unless express use of such material is granted in writing. CBMAFC is not liable for use of copyrighted material used in film submissions. 

CBMAFC retains the right to change or modify, without notice, to contest rules and regulations, prize money, and to disqualify for noncompliance of rules and regulations.

CBMAFC is not responsible for personal or property damages while filming for CBMAFC. CBMAFC requires that you ride (ski, snowboard, etc..) inside your personal limitations and is not liable for any injury either personal or property, riding outside of the above said. CBMAFC is not responsible for lost or damaged submissions.
